I am a big advocate for women in sport, and believe that changes are coming when it comes to gender equality and celebrating strong and athletic women in sport. Through my posts and content on this topic, several young girls have reached out to me sharing their experiences, and so, I wanted to host a handful of them who felt comfortable sharing through this format.
